Smith, who graduated in 2013, was a four-year starter as a goalkeeper for the soccer team where she ranks second all-time in saves in a season with 86. She also has the fourth most saves in a season with 83 in 2010. She ranks second all-time in program history with 5.73 saves per game. Her 15 saves against Houghton College in 2010 is the second most in program history. During her four-year career, she posted nine shut outs which is the most in team history and she currently ranks second in career saves with 193. Her .791 save percentage ranks fifth all-time. Smith earned All-Ohio honors as a junior and conference athlete of the week honors in 2011.
