Lisa Piechowski played four seasons of basketball (2002-2006) and also lent her athletic talent to the softball and cross country programs for a season in 2005. In her time with Arrows basketball, Piechowski made a large impact on the program’s history.
 
Piechowski, at the time of her induction, was ranked second all-time in steals, third all-time in scoring, rebounds, and in shooting – both from the field and from long range. She ranked fourth all-time in assists and blocked shots. She was a two-time American Mideast Conference Honorable Mention and was selected to the second team as a sophomore. Piechowski had 75 steals in 2004-05 – which tied for second for a season, and she also holds the ninth and tenth best season’s in that category. She also had the tenth best individual season in assists, and ninth best season in field goal percentage.
 
As a member of the softball team in 2005, Piechowski stepped in and took command, hitting .339 (41 hits in 121 at-bats). She scored 23 runs, recorded seven doubles, two home runs and a triple, while driving in 21 runs. She walked a team-high nine times and was second on the team with a .389 on-base percentage. In the field she made 28 putouts and had one assist, making no errors. For her efforts, she was an All-AMC First Team selection and a NAIA scholar-athlete.
 
Piechowski graduated in the spring semester of 2006 with a degree in English and returned to Ursuline to earn a BSN in Nursing in the fall of 2010.
