Kubbins is the winningest coach in school history since taking over the Ursuline soccer program in the fall of 2006. During his tenure, the Arrows have compiled a 95-77-7 record and won both the G-MAC Regular Season and Tournament Championships in 2014. Since 2009, Kubbins has compiled an 81-41-6 record.

He has led Ursuline to the conference tournament championship game in each of the last four seasons and was named the co-Coach of the Year in the G-MAC in 2014. Last season, the Arrows had five student-athletes receive all-Conference honors including three being named first team All-G-MAC.

Following the conference championship in 2014, Kubbins had senior Vanessa Consiglio selected as the recipient of the Academic All-America award for Division II women’s soccer and she was also named the G-MAC’s Offensive Player of the Year.

Kubbins played collegiate soccer at Walsh University and was the team’s goalkeeper for three seasons. While a Cavalier, Kubbins earned first team All-Ohio and second team All-American Mideast Conference honors as a junior. Kubbins led a Walsh defense that was consistently among the top 20 in goals against average in NAIA.
