Sophomore Nicole Burlinson won the 800 meter run in 2:12.31. There were 13 runners in that race and in addition to three challengers from Marshall, Kent State University entered three competitors.
The 4x400 relay team of sophomore Jasmine Lett, Burlinson, junior Rachel Cole and sophomore Keyana Roberts finished in 3:54.55, a time that ranks the quartet fourth in program history.
Individually, Roberts placed fourth in the field of 11 in the 100 meter dash with a time of 12.54.
