INDIANAPOLIS – Ursuline College sophomore sprinter Keyana Roberts has been named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Women's Outdoor Track and Field Athlete of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday (April 8) afternoon.

She received the honor for her performance at the Bob Kahn Invitational, hosted last Saturday (April 5) by Oberlin College.

Roberts won both the 100 and 200 meter races with school record times. She placed first of 18 student-athletes in the 100 with a time of 12.28, besting Mel Zupec's previous top mark of 12.54. Roberts covered the 200 in 25.39, topping the other 19 athletes in the field as well as her own school record of 25.48 set earlier this season.
