The Cross Country team started off their season at Case Western Reserve University this weekend where they placed third as a team.
 
Emma Esteves broke the school record with a time of 15:51.6, placing seventh overall in the 4k.
 
A'Zaria Thomas finished in 16:42.2 and moved to third in the Arrows all-time record book. Alaysia Brooks moved to 5th all-time in the 4k with her time of 16:48.4.
 
Head Coach, Alaric Best said "It was a great season opener for us and it shows the hard work the ladies have put in over the summer. The cross country season will be two weeks later this year, so we are ahead of schedule compared to what we have done in training."
