The Ursuline College track & field team competed in two meets this weekend.
On Friday night, they competed at the CWRU Greater Cleveland College Invitational.
Elyse Kelley won the 60m dash with a personal-best of 8.09. Kelley also finished second overall in the 200m dash with a time of 27.21 (converted to 26.79 flat to bank track).
Alaysia Brooks won the 400m with a personal-best time of 59.53 (converted to 58.75).
Karla Hormazabal had a season-best jump in the high jump and finished 5th overall.
On Saturday Afternoon, the Arrows traveled to Kent State for the Jud Logan Memorial Tune-Up.
Ursuline was led by a pair of top three overall finishes and personal best performance at Kent State.
Dayahana Douglas finished second overall in the 200m dash with a time of 25.50 and finished third overall in the 60m dash final with a time of 7.74.
Emma Esteves finished second place overall in the 3000m with a time of 10:44.04.
Hormazabal had another great performance finishing third overall in the triple jump with an indoor personal best jump of 11.14m. She moved to second in all-time school history.
Brooks rounded out the weekend with another personal best time. She finished the 800m with a time of 2:20.25, moving to fourth all-time in school history.
A'Zaria Thomas had a personal best in the 800m as well, finishing in 2:21.04 and moving to fifth all time in school history.
