2012-13 Indoor Season: Her shot put toss of 11.46 meters at the SPIRE Institute’s North Coast Indoor Open (Jan. 19) was the fifth longest in program history…she also had the fifth best weight throw ever by an Arrow when she was measured at 10.89 meters at the SPIRE Collegiate Meet (Dec. 15).

Personal: Born May 11, 1994 in Fredericksburg, Virginia…daughter of Richard and Akeeia Griffin…intends to major in nursing…member of her high school’s ‘Key Club’…earned her way onto Principal’s Honor Roll in all four years at James Monroe High School as she graduated in the top 20 percent of her senior class.
