2013 Outdoor Season: Threw the hammer at three separate meets…finished with a season-best toss of 29.26 meters at the Bennie Benson Memorial Invitational, hosted by Robert Morris (April 13)…measured at 24.87 meters at Oberlin’s Bob Kahn Invitational (April 6)…at The College of Wooster Invitational (March 30), she came in at 26.75 meters.

2012-13 Indoor Season: Really progressed throughout the season and her top tosses came in the final two meets…she was measured at 7.97 meters in the shot put at Oberlin’s Dan Kinsey Invitational (Jan. 11)…at the final meet of the year, the Kent State Tune-Up (Feb. 16), she cleared 9.33 meters in the weight throw.

Personal: Born January 1, 1994 in Perry, Ohio…daughter of Tim and Patsy Gufreda… intends to major in nursing…licensed nursing assistant who is certified in Alzheimer’s and dementia care…works at Hillcrest Hospital as a nursing assistant.
