2013 Outdoor Season: Ran her best 200 time (28.20) of the season at Coastal Carolina’s Shamrock Invitational (March 16)…her 1:03.18 in the 400 at the Ashland Alumni Open (April 27) was the third best by an Arrow all season…also third on the team with the 2:34.45 she ran in the 800 at The College of Wooster Invitational (March 30)…ran third on the 4x400 relay team that finished in 2:58.94 at the Ashland Alumni Open (April 27), thanks to her 1:01.30 split.

2012-13 Indoor Season: Her 1:03.31 in the 400 at the SPIRE Division II Challenge (Feb. 2) was the fifth best time in program history…she ran third on the best 4x200 relay team of the season, a quartet that turned in a 1:50.76 at Oberlin’s Dan Kinsey Invitational (Jan. 11)…her top 500 time of the season (1:26.08) came at the Youngstown State Invitational (Jan. 25) and was the second best performance on the team all season…also ran on the top 4x400 relay team of the season, a group that ran a 4:07.20 at the Kent State Tune-Up (Feb. 16) thanks to her 1:02.4 split…her top 60 time of the season was an 8.65 at Oberlin’s Dan Kinsey Invitational (Jan. 11).

2010-2011: During the indoor season ran the best time for the team for the season in the 300 with a time of 46.31...also competed in the 60, 200, 400 and 800,,.during the outdoor season, she ran a season best in the 400 dash with her time of 1:04.31...also competed in the 100, 200 and the 4x400 relay.

2009-2010: Attended NAIA Outdoor National Championships as an alternate for the 4x100 relay and the 4x400 relay.

Newbury High School: Regional finalist in the 100 and 200 ..captain of the soccer team.

Personal: Born December 22, 1990 in Newbury, Ohio...daughter of Debra Shay... majoring in nursing…member of the National Honor Society…has worked with the Ursuline College orientation team.
