Biography

2013 Outdoor Season: Ran fourth (led the team with a 25.90 split) on the school record-setting 4x200 relay team (1:44.94) at Coastal Carolina’s Shamrock Invitational (March 15)…her best 100 meter dash time (12.65), set at Oberlin’s Bob Kahn Invitational (April 6), was good for third in program history…also third all-time in the 100 hurdles (15.28), a time that was also turned in at Oberlin’s Bob Kahn Invitational (April 6)…second in program history in the 200 (25.86) after taking third at the Ashland Alumni Open (April 27)…competed in the 400 hurdles at Coastal Carolina’s Shamrock Invitational (March 16) and finished in 1:15.76…won the 200 at John Carroll’s Twilight Meet (April 19) when she finished in 26.73.

2012-13 Indoor Season: Set two individual school records in her first season with the Arrows…broke the school mark in the 55 meter dash when she was clocked at 7.37 in the prelims at the Baldwin-Wallace Mid-February Meet (Feb. 8)…she went on to finish seventh in the final when she finished in 7.43…also set the program record in the 60 meter dash with a time of 8.10 at the first meet of the season, the Youngstown State Penguin Icebreaker (Dec. 1)…at the same meet, she ran a 26.38 in the 200 which was a school record that ultimately became the second best time in program history…her top 60 meter hurdles time of the season was a 9.27 at the SPIRE Institute’s North Coast Indoor Open (Jan. 19), a time that was good for third in program history…in the 300 hurdles, she ranks second all-time with a 48.89, earned at the Kent State Tune-Up (Feb. 16)…she also started the 4x200 relay team that ran a 1:50.76 at Oberlin’s Dan Kinsey Invitational (Jan. 11), the second best time ever achieved by a group of Arrows…ran first on the 4x400 relay team at the Kent State Tune-Up (Feb. 16) that ran the fifth best time in school history, a 4:07.20.

Collinwood High School: Ran for Hall of Fame coach Lou Slapnik at state power Collinwood High School…as a freshman, she finished fifth in the 400 meter dash at the regional final and missed qualifying for the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) State Meet by just one spot…her team won the city championship during both the indoor and outdoor seasons…as a sophomore, her team captured the OHSAA Division I state crown for the ninth time in school history…as a senior, she won the ‘Indoor Sprint Award’…also played basketball and volleyball for the Railroaders and was named the volleyball team’s Most Valuable Player after her junior season.

Personal: Born April 16, 1994 in Cleveland, Ohio...daughter of Christopher and Deborah Lett...intends to major in nursing...graduated 11th in her high school class.
