2013 Outdoor Season: Had the best 3,000 (12:30.09) and 5,000 (21:21.39) times on the team…the 3,000 meter performance came at the Bennie Benson Memorial Invitational, hosted by Robert Morris (April 13)…achieved her best 5,000 time at Ashland’s Alumni Open (April 27)…her best 800 (2:51.55) came at The College of Wooster Invitational (March 30), as did her top 1,500 performance (5:50.50).

2012-13 Indoor Season: Ran her season-best mile at Oberlin’s Dan Kinsey Invitational (Jan. 11) when she was clocked at 6:45.82…at the SPIRE North Coast Indoor Open (Jan. 19), she covered 3,000 meters in 12:55.99.

2011-12: Ran her best mile (6:25.11) and 3,000 meters race (12:35.34) at the SPIRE Midwest Indoor Track and Field Open on Jan. 27…outdoors, her best 3,000 meter time came on March 24 at the Bill Van Horne Invitational when she turned in a 12:38.71…finished the season with her quickest 5,000 meters performance, a 21:05.00 at the OIC/AMC Invitational Championships (April 21).

Berkshire High School: Mostly a cross country standout at Berkshire High School with a personal best time of 20:33.35...that time was at the 2009 Chagrin Valley Conference Championships when she placed sixth...went with her team to the state meet in each of her first three seasons and missed qualifying by just one point in her senior season…came in with a time of 21:12.05 at the 2007 Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) Division III Cross Country Meet, good for 104th, while helping the Badgers to a fourth place finish at the event…clocked in at 21:34.50 at the 2008 OHSAA meet as Berkshire placed seventh…placed 60th (21:01.93) at the 2009 Ohio Cross Country Championships and helped Berkshire to place third in the state.

Personal: Birthday is June 16…daughter of Tom and Linda Dingman…has three sisters: Jen, Jess and Julie…majoring in education…honor roll student and member of Spanish honor society.
