• Placed 1st in the 1500m in a time of 4:45.34 at the Denison Lid-Lifter for a career-best 

• Season-bests: 800m- 2:16.39, 4x400, relay- 3:56.18 

Indoor:  

• Competed in 8 meets 

• In the G-MAC, ranked 4th in the 800m and 12th in the mile 

• Finished 1st in the 800m at the SPIRE Indoor Games and in the 1000m at the 12th Annual Spartan Alumni Holiday Classic for a career-best 

• Recorded a career-best in the G-MAC Indoor Championships in the 800m with a time of 2:12.90 (2/27-28/26) 

• Earned a career-best in the mile at the Ashland Jud Logan Light Giver in 5:06.96 (2/6-7/26) 

• In the 400m, ran a career-high of 1:02.34 at the JCU Leo Miller/Hayden Snow Meet (1/24/26) 

• Season-bests: 4x400m- 3:53.48, distance medley relay- 12:51.17, mile- 5:12.34 

2024-2025 | Junior 

Outdoor:  

• Competed in 6 meets 

• Ran a career-best in the 200m with a time of 28.41 in the Walsh Invitational (4/23-24/25) 

• Placed 2nd in the 4x400m relay at the Baldwin Wallace Sparky Adams Invitational and 3rd in the 4x800m relay at the Wilmington College Invitational 

• Season-bests: 400m- 1:02.55, 800m- 2:20.41, 1500m- 4:56.45, 4x400m relay- 4:01.13 

Indoor:  

• Competed in 8 meets 

• In the G-MAC, ranked 2nd in the 5,000m 

• Recorded a career-best in the 500m with 1:23.32 at the Muskie Meet #1 placing 3rd overall (1/18/25) 

• Placed 3rd in the distance medley relay at the G-MAC Indoor Championships

• Ran to a 1st place finish in the 4x400m relay at the Walsh University Tune-Up Invitational 

• Finished in 2nd place at the Kenyon Invitational in the 1500m with a time of 5:01.96 

• Season-bests: 800m- 2:21.91, 1500m- 5:01.96, 4x400m relay- 4:11.46, 4x800m relay- 9:40.37
