• Recorded two career-highs at the G-MAC Outdoor Championships, in the 1500m with a time of 5:29.12 and in the 5000m with a time of 20:05.12 (4/29-5/1/26) 

• Recorded an 8th-place finish in the 5000m at the Wooster Invitational with a time of 22:51.45 

Indoor: 

• Competed in 7 meets 

• Earned a career-best at the G-MAC Indoor Championships in the 3000m with a time of 11:53.34 (2/27-28/26) 

• Season-bests: mile- 5:50.74, 1000m- 3:36.05, 3000m, 11:55.26, 5000m- 21:06,37 

2024-2025 | Sophomore 

Outdoor:  

• Competed in 4 meets 

• In the G-MAC, ranked 21st in the 10,000m 

• Ran a career-best in the 10,000m at the G-MAC Outdoor Championships in a time of 47:08.06 (4/30-5/2/26) 

• Placed 3rd overall in the 10,000m race at the Wilmington College Invitational 

• Season-bests: 1500m- 5:32.74, 5000m- 21:38.00 

Indoor:  

• Competed in 5 meets 

• Earned two career-bests at the Ed Finnigan Greater Cleveland meet with a 3:33.20 in the 100m and a 5:49.77 in the mile 

• 4th place finish in the 3000m at the 11th Annual Spartan Alumni Holiday Classic with a time of 12:23.38 

• Season-bests: 3000m- 12:00.47, 5000m- 21:03.10, distance medley relay- 13:25.42 

2023-2024 | Freshman 

Outdoor:  

• Competed in 5 meets 

• Ran a career-best in the 800m with a time of 2:39.25 at the Walsh Invitational (4/25/24) 

• Season-bests: 1500m- 5:41.83, 4x400m relay- 4:24.40 

Indoor:

• Placed 2nd in the 1000m in 3:37.18 at the 10th Annual Spartan Holiday Classic
