Indoor:

• Recorded a career-best in the 3000m with a time of 11:02.61 at the G-MAC Indoor Championships (2/27-28/26)

• Raced to a career-best in the 200m at the Walsh Invitational in 28.00 (4/23-24/25) 

• Recorded a career-best in the 800m in 2:19.73 at the Harrison Dillard Twilight (5/8-9/25) 

• Season-bests: 1500m- 4:56.09, 4x400m relay- 4:01.13, 4x800m relay- 10:08.55 

Indoor: 

• Competed in 7 meets 

• Ran a career-best in the mile with a time of 5:14.50 at the Penn State Tune-Up (2/21/25) 

• Recorded a career-best in the 1000m in 3:11.28 at the Seahawk Shootout (12/13/24) 

• Finished in 2nd place in the 800 at the Muskie Meet #1 with a time of 2:24.03
