The Ursuline College Track & Field team traveled to two meets this past weekend. UC sprints, jumps, and throws competed at Tiffin University while the distance runners competed at Muskingum University. The Arrows delivered multiple top finishes and personal bests on Saturday.

At Tiffin University,
Eljoenai Wehl placed 1st (1:02.74) overall in the 400m while
Breanna Banks followed up with in 2nd (1:03.25), and
Davinia Mireles-Sanchez at 5th (1:05.16).
Dayahana Douglas placed 4th in the 60m dash final with a time of 7.85, matching her preliminary performance earlier this season.
Autumn Burgess finished 9th in the 200m with a time of 27.96.

Karrington Green took 3rd in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.77. The 4x400m relay team of
Breanna Banks,
Eljoenai Wehl,
Davinia Mireles-Sanchez, and
Dayahana Douglas delivered a solid performance with a first place win in 4:11.80.Â
 
In the field events,
Savahnna Gyasi-Nimako claimed 1st in the long jump (5.53m, improving her 2nd all-time mark in program history) and 1st in the triple jump (11.55m).
Kayla Kephart placed 2nd in the high jump (1.55m). In throws,
Jasmine Jamison finished 5th in the shot put while Mehgan Hodges placed 5th in the weight throw with a mark of 12.45m.

At Muskingum University,
Alaysia Brooks won the 400m with a time of 57.49, moving her to 4th all-time in program history. Also in the 400m,
Kennedy Outland (6th, 1:03.68) and
Angelys Caballero (9th, 1:06.70) both set personal bests.

A'Zaria Thomas took 1st in the 800m with a time of 2:19.34.
Emma Esteves placed 3rd in the 1000m with a time of 3:19.55.
Katie Lane achieved a personal best in the mile, placing 7th and moving to 4th all-time in program history.
Dominique Weisz also set a personal best in the mile with a time of 5:43.52.

Emma Smith finished 7th in the 5k with a time of 20:34.77, followed closely by
Gisele Cabrera, who set a personal best with 21:03.10.

The 4x400m relay team of
Kennedy Outland,
A'Zaria Thomas,
Katie Lane, and
Alaysia Brooks capped off the meet with a first place victory, finishing in 4:05.33.

The Arrows placed 4th overall at the Muskingum meet, competing primarily in distance events. They will return to action next week at the Midwest Classic in Indianapolis, an NCAA Division II Pre-National meet.
