The Ursuline College volleyball team evened its conference record with a 3-0 straight set win over visiting Kentucky Wesleyan College on Saturday afternoon.

The Arrows erased an early 5-2 deficit in the first set before the two teams traded points to make the score 6-4.

Ursuline fell behind 10-5 but once again rallied to tie the match 13-13 midway through the first. After three ties and six lead changes, sophomore setter
Katelyn Selleny dumped a ball over the net to win the first set 25-23.

In the second, the Panthers again ran out to an early 3-1 lead but the Arrows fought back to take a 6-5 lead. With the set tied 7-7, Ursuline rattled off seven consecutive points on Selleny's serves to take a 14-7 lead. Ursuline went onto win the second set 25-18.

The third set saw Ursuline leave little doubt as they rattled off 14 straight points to take a commanding 14-1 lead. The serving combination of seniors

Emily Adkinson along with freshman
Victoria Henderson led Ursuline to a 25-7 win in the third to take the match.

Henderson led Ursuline with 13 kills while Adkinson added 10. Senior
Makayla Windau also had eight kills for the Arrows. Marcum finished with five aces while Selleny added 28 assists. Freshman
Jill Morrow had four blocks which was one shy of her career-high.
