Ursuline College Athletics

2014: Played in 104 sets over 27 matches during her sophomore season...ranked second on the team in kills (240)...had a season high 14 kills against Kentucky Wesleyan (11/8)...finished with a 2.31 kills per set ratio which also ranked her second on the Arrows squad...her 317 digs ranked eighth in the G-MAC. 

2013: Earned honorable mention status from the Great Midwest Athletic Conference in her first season with the program…played in 100 sets over the course of 33 matches…finished second on the team with 212 kills (2.12 per set)…ranked fourth on the club with 239 digs…fifth on the team with 34 assists…sixth on the club with 18 blocks…had a season-high 16 kills against Marygrove (Sep. 28)…also had 13 kills against Kentucky State (Oct. 26) and 10 kills in four other matches…scooped out a season-high 16 digs against Trevecca Nazarene (Oct. 5)…had a season-high three blocks against Mills (Oct. 14)…credited with five assists against both Kentucky Wesleyan (Oct. 5) and Ohio Valley (Nov. 9)…finished the year with five kill-digs double-doubles.

Margaretta High School: Earned four varsity letters during her time at Margaretta High School…was a second team All-Sandusky Bay Conference selection as a junior in 2011 before earning first team honors as a senior…her continued development was demonstrated by the fact she earned second team all-district honors as a junior before playing her way onto the Division III, District 6 first team as a senior…named the volleyball team’s ‘Most Improved Player’ in 2011 and the ‘Most Valuable Player’ the following year…also earned four varsity letters in softball while a Polar Bear…her club volleyball team, Blackswamp, also featured Ursuline recruits Emily Adkinson and Sammi Marcum…together, they won the OVR title in both 2012 and 2013. 

Personal: Born April 1, 1995 in Castalia, Ohio...daughter of Gene and Mary-Beth Windau…has a sister, Marissa…intends to major in psychology…served as the yearbook advisor for two years and was involved in Students Against Destructive Decisions...also volunteered as a peer leader and through Big Brothers Big Sisters.
