The Ursuline College track & field team competed in the BW Mid-February Meet on Friday evening.
Dayahana Douglas won the 55m dash in a second all-time performance in school history with her time of 7.22. Douglas followed up with another event win in the 200m dash with a time of 25.96 (converted to 25.55.Flat track to banked/oversized track).
A'Zaria Thomas won the 500m in a time of 1:22.19 (converted to 1:21.16). Thomas continued her great day with a 4th all-time performance in school history with her time of 3:15.94. Thomas time will be converted from 3:15.94 to 3:13.82 because of track size (flat track to banked/oversized track).Â
Alaysia Brooks won the 800m in a time of 2:26.20 (converted to 2:24.54). Brooks finishes 4th overall with an indoor track personal best of 27.72 ( converted to 27.31).Â
Emma Esteves finishes 9th overall in the mile with a 3rd all-time performance in school history with a time of 5:32.42 (converted to 5:29.17). Esteves had a solid performance in the 1000m finishing 5th overall in 3:20.40 (converted to 3:18.24)
Elyse Kelley finished 3rd overall in 200m with a personal best time of 26.99 (converted to 26.58). Kelley had a 5th place finish in the 55m dash in 7.64.
Karla Hormazabal had her first collegiate meet win in the long jump in a personal best jump of 5.07m. Hormazabal followed up that performance with a 3rd place finish in the triple jump of 10.69m.

Ciani Kensey had a personal best performance in the 500m with a 1:24.26 (converted to 1:23.20).Â
Breanna Banks had a personal best performance as well in the 500m in 1:26.73 (converted to 1:25.64).
Kayla Childs had a huge personal best in the triple jump with a mark of 9.91 and finishes 7th overall to close out the meet.Â
The Arrows competes next at the Greater Cleveland College Indoor Meet at Case Western Reserve University of Friday, February 18th.Â
