The Ursuline College volleyball team lost in four sets to second place Walsh on Friday night at home.

The Arrows and Cavaliers traded points in the first set before Walsh went onto win 25-23. Walsh hit .340 in the first set and had 20 kills while Ursuline had a solid start offensively by hitting .255 and picking up 15 kills and just two errors.

Ursuline ran out to a 9-1 lead in the second set before evening the match with a 25-18 win.

Walsh responded by taking the next two sets 25-22 to win the match in four.

The Arrows were led by
Nora Clink who finished with 17 kills and
Krisandra Mezera who added 13.
Abigail Aguilera-Ayala finished with 11 kills and 16 digs. Mezera added six blocks while
Sarah Miozzi had a career-high 47 assists.

Ursuline will face Malone in the regular season finale on Saturday afternoon at 2:00 PM. With a win, Ursuline will earn a bid to the Great Midwest Tournament that begins on Tuesday.
