The Ursuline College basketball team used a 53-point second half to cruise by Ohio Valley 97-66 in Great Midwest play on Saturday afternoon.

Ursuline's 97 points was the second most scored this season after the Arrows scored 105 against West Liberty earlier in the year.

The Arrows shot 50 percent (36-for-72) from the field and hit 10-of-29 from the arc.

With the game tied 19-19 late in the first quarter, the Arrows used a 6-0 run to take a 25-19 lead after one and did not trail again.

The Arrows had five players finish in double-figures led by senior
Laney Lewis who finished with 20 points on 7-of-12 from the floor while senior
Camryn Hill finished with 18 points on 8-for-13 shooting. Sophomore
Morgan Mattimore finished with a season-best 16 points while fellow sophomore
Carly Koncz and
Ky Crevison finished with 12 and 11 points respectively.

Koncz and Crevison finished with a combined seven three pointers with Koncz hitting 4-for-9 from deep and Crevison 3-for-8.

Ursuline shot an impressive 15-for-17 from the free throw line in the contest.

Turnover Streak Snapped

Junior
Paige Salisbury had gone two straight games with 10 assists and zero turnovers. She finished Saturday with six assists and had two turnovers but she is still second in the G-MAC in assists.

Another Double-Double

Lewis finished with her 38
th career double-double and now has 991 career rebounds after grabbing down 12 more on Saturday.
