The Ursuline College soccer team will fast its first road test of the 2016 season when they travel to Tiffin University on Saturday afternoon.
 
The Arrows and Dragons are both coming off shutout victories on Thursday to start the year. Ursuline defeated visiting West Liberty 1-0 while Tiffin went on the road to knock off Urbana 2-0.
 
Ursuline controlled the tempo throughout Thursday's opener against West Liberty and outshot the Hilltoppers 22-4. Senior Cassie Cripe connected on a goal in the 53rd minute and the Arrows defense kept the shutout in tact. 
 
Tiffin scored two second half goals and edged Urbana 17-16 in shots with nine coming on goal. The Dragons goalkeeper Samantha Ortenzi made seven saves in the game.
 
The Dragons won the last meeting between the two schools 2-1 in Pepper Pike back in 2014.
 
The Arrows won a 2012 matchup 1-0 also played at Ursuline.
 
Ursuline returns home on Thursday, September 8 to take on Davis & Elkins in the G-MAC season opener.
