The Ursuline College lacrosse team opened the 2016 with a convincing 21-6 road win at Wilmington College on Saturday afternoon.

Freshman
Abigail Neeley got the scoring started at the 29:18 mark of the first half with her first collegiate goal to put the Arrows in front 1-0. Fellow freshman Haley Mazreku quickly followed with her first goal of her career and one of a game-high six goals to give the Arrows a 2-0 advantage.

Neeley scored five times for Ursuline while junior
Anika Aberegg scored four times as did sophomore
Cydney Bartlett. Juniors
Maddie Kipp and
Grace Savage each added a goal for Ursuline.

Junior goalkeeper
Lauren Cole made six saves and allowed six goals.

Ursuline outshot Wilmington 35-16 and picked up 19 groundballs to the Quakers eight.
