The Ursuline College volleyball team swept Central State for the second time this season in straight sets on Friday evening in Dayton.
The Arrows broke a 6-6 tie in the first set and scored Central State 19-5 the remainder of the set as they went onto to win 25-11.
The next two sets were both more competitive but the Arrows took the second 25-20 and finished off the sweep with a 25-21 in the third.
Senior
Makayla Windau led Ursuline with 13 kills while fellow senior
Emily Adkinson had eight and freshman
Angela Zamora finished with four.
Sophomore
Katelyn Selleny and senior
Emily Loftus each finished with 13 assists.
The Arrows will be off this weekend before the final weekend of conference play next weekend. Ursuline will travel to Davis & Elkins on November 11 followed by a trip to Alderson Broaddus on November 12.
