Ursuline College Athletics

AT URSULINE 

Haley enters her second season with the Arrows with a 3-25 record. With five incoming freshman, Paonessa looks to develop young talent this season to improve in the G-MAC.  

COACHING STOPS 

• Head Coach, Montreat College (2020-2021) – NAIA school in the Appalachian Athletic Conference. In her first season, Haley improved the Cavaliers' record from 3-18 to a record of 12-19. She coached an AAC All-Freshman team athlete and eight AAC All-Academic team athletes. 
• Head Coach, Holy Name College (January 2020-June 2020) 
• Graduate Assistant, Heidelberg University (2019-2020) - While there, they ended their season with a 21-8 record, had a player named honorable mention AVCA ALL-REGION, a first team ALL-OAC, second team ALL-OAC, and two honorable mention ALL-OAC athletes. 

PLAYING CAREER 

• Haley competed four years at Indiana Tech where she was a defensive specialist.  
• She was a Liz Lykwowski Scholarship Recipient and Indiana Tech Volleyball Grit Award recipient. 

EDUCATION 

• Indiana Institute of Technology, Fort Wayne, IN — Bachelor of Business Administration (2018)
