Biography

Cerny attended Stoney Creek High School where she played four years of varsity soccer as a goalkeeper for head coach Bryan Mittelstadt.

As a junior, her team finished 18-3-3 and won the League, District, Regional and State Championships. Prior to that year, as a sophomore they went 19-2-1 and were 15-2-1 during her freshman season.

As a sophomore, Cerny was an All-District selection and as a junior she picked up All-League, All-District, All-County and All-Region Honors as well as being named Second Team All-State.

Cerny played her club soccer for MI Hawks East under head coach Paul Kastens for two years also as a goalkeeper.

Academically, she has been a Scholar Athlete all four years and a member of the National Honor Society.
