GAME ONE HIGHLIGHTS: 

  • The game was scoreless for both teams until the top of the sixth inning when Tiffin tripled to right field to score an unearned run after an error on the field by the Arrows. Tiffin then scored two more runs in the inning after the error with two outs.  

  • Casey Barton sparked the Arrows with a hit as the first batter in the sixth inning, but the Dragons got out of the inning with a groundout and a double play right after.  

  • TU scored their last two runs in the seventh inning off a home run and an RBI fielder's choice.

  • Runs/Hits/Errors: Arrows – 0/3/1, Dragons – 5/7/0 

  • Runners left on base: Arrows – 2, Dragons – 3

GAME TWO HIGHLIGHTS: 

  • Tiffin remained dominant with their offense with four runs scored in the first inning.  

  • Casey Barton led off the Arrows with a single to center field in the first inning, but the team had three quick outs.  

  • The Dragons were at the plate for a long inning during the fourth when the team scored seven runs, with six out of the seven runs being earned.  

  • The Arrows got their second hit of the game in the bottom of the fourth inning when Ivanney Ramirez singled up the middle.
