GAME ONE HIGHLIGHTS: 

• In the first inning, the Arrows put three runs on the board. Holly Earl singled to center field to bring home Ivanney Ramirez and then Holly Earl and Heidi Earl later scored off two groundouts to the Storm's defense.  

• The next two innings were quiet until the fourth inning when Hannah Rudd scored off a fielding error.  

• Ursuline found their rhythm again in the fifth inning when they scored the last three runs of the game. Abby Haydu scored after a walk with bases loaded. Casey Barton then stepped up to the plate and had a 2-run RBI single to left field.

• Macy Searles had 7 strikeouts against the Storm.

GAME TWO HIGHLIGHTS: 

• The Storm were the first team on the scoreboard off a double to center field in the third inning.  

• The Arrows countered at the bottom of the third inning with 5 runs from 5 hits. Heidi Earl hit a 3-run RBI triple to left field to allow Angeleah Saltenis, Abby Haydu, and Nicole Brant-Badillo to score. Hannah Rudd followed pursuit with an RBI single, and Devan Adams and Casey Barton hit back-to-back doubles.  

• The fourth through sixth inning had quick turnarounds with routine plays for both teams to get out of the innings early.  

• Lake Erie tried to come back in the seventh inning but were unsuccessful, scoring only one run to trail, 5-2.
