The Arrows had a strong season opener this past weekend at the Denison Lid-Lifter.
Quincy Miller led the way for the Arrows in the 100m dash. Miller stormed to a time of 11.24 (1.0) equaling his lifetime best and placing 4
th overall.
Jaaden Henry had a strong performance in the 200m dash running 22.79 placing 4
th overall.
Dillon Defibaugh had a hard fought 3
rd place finish in the 400m running 51.29.
In the 1500m, Micah Eanerst and
Tyler Krese had a strong season opener. Earnest ran a time of 4:26.95, which is a lifetime best performance. Krese raced his way to a 4:43.79 which is also a lifetime best.
Moving up to the 5000m, Arrows
Thelonius Lucien,
Ryan Jeanneret, and
Austin Sneed took the field by storm. Lucien ran a new lifetime best of 15:52.69 placing 4
th overall. Jeanneret and Sneed ran 15:55.07 and 16:05.78 respectively. Also lifetime best performances.
The Arrows will be back this weekend at the Wooster Invitational.
