URSULINE VS. TIFFIN

FIRST HALF 

• The Dragons came out strong with a 10-0 lead against the Arrows before Brooke Haren forced a turnover and made a fast break in the paint. 

• UC started to inch their way up the scoreboard closer to TU, making the score 8-12, with 4 minutes left of the first quarter.  

• With a little over a minute left in the first quarter, the Arrows nudged back with a three pointer from Kailey Minch, assisted by Lyla Oliver.  

• Ajia Schreffler made 2 consecutive layups for the Arrows, assisted by Kailey Minch and Courtney Barwick.  

• With 7:05 left on the clock in the second quarter, the Arrows took advantage of Tiffin's defense to make the score 21-23 with a three pointer from Courtney Barwick, assisted by Lyla Oliver. 

• The Dragons fought back to tighten the score, but Courtney Barwick drew a foul and made her free throw to have the Arrows trail by 1.  

• Tiffin pulled away being up by 9 at the end of the first half, while also giving the Arrows multiple chances at the free throw line. Going 2-2 at the line were Brooke Haren and Gia Piscitelli to make the score 28-31.  

• Heading to the locker room, the Dragons led 42-37.  

SECOND HALF  

• Both teams came out with energy in the second half, making the score 45-46 in favor of the Dragons.  

• The Dragons were knocking in shot after shot, shooting 66.7% from the field, with the Arrows being held to shooting 31.3%.  

• The Arrows went on their best scoring run in the third quarter with 8 points at the 7:07 mark.  

• The Arrows struggled to keep the momentum going in the fourth quarter, with Tiffin going on a 12-0 run.  

• Lyla Oliver finished well for the Arrows, scoring 6 out of her 7 points in the fourth quarter.  

• Tiffin won the rebounding game in the second half with 20 and the Arrows with 13 rebounds.

• Ajia Schreffler led UC with 14 points and 5 rebounds.  

• Courtney Barwick tallied 12 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 assists.  

• Kailey Minch scored 10 points, while having 5 assists and forcing 2 turnovers.  

• Brooke Haren had 8 points, 10 rebounds, and forcing 4 turnovers.  

• Chalon Miles and Lyla Oliver both had 7 points and 4 rebounds. Miles also tallied 3 assists and Lyla Oliver added 2.
