The Ursuline College STUNT team traveled to Tiffin, OH this past weekend to compete in the 2024 G-MAC STUNT Championships. The Arrows entered the tournament weekend ranked fourth overall out of eight teams.

On Thursday, the Arrows took on Mercyhurst in game one. UC scored in routine three in round one of Pyramids & Tosses but fell to the Lakers 1-18.

Ursuline followed up with an outstanding performance in game two against Walsh, taking down the Cavaliers 9-5. The Arrows scored two points in Partner Stunts and Jumps & Tumbling, four points in the Team Routines and one point in Pyramids & Tosses. Six athletes were in all scoring routines including Rodriguez, Diekman, Fornaro, Zarzour, Burgess, and Piwinski.

The Arrows win over Walsh secured them a spot in the quarterfinals on Friday. UC took on Mercyhurst once again and swiftly fell to the Lakers 0-15 to end their tournament run.

The highest rated players of the G-MAC Championship weekend were
Autumn Burgess,
Samantha Zarzour,
Hannah Piwinski,
Angelina Fornaro, Brittany Diekman and
Sierra Rodriguez. Seniors, Fornaro and DeKemper were added in tumbling routines due to a last minute injury. Freshman,
Emma Kowalski, learned and performed new pyramid tricks on the weekend as well.

Samantha Zarzour was named G-MAC First Team All-Conference in her first season as an Arrow. Zarzour was one of just four Arrows to lead the team this season with a power rating of 5.297 to score 101 points for UC.
