Box Score The Ursuline College lacrosse team dropped their third game of the season versus Davis & Elkins college on Friday, 4-18.

The action started quickly for both teams in the first quarter, Davis & Elkins scoring the first two goal within two minutes of play. Ursuline won the next draw and quickly answered with a free position goal from
Allie Marks. The Senators scored three more goals in the next eight minutes before Marks shot in another goal for the Arrows off a pass from
Jillian Guiles. With the score at 2-5, Davis & Elkins had a free position shot followed by an additional goal to make the score 2-7 at the end of the first.

The Arrows picked up their shooting in the second quarter, outshooting the Senators 13-7. After a goal by Davis & Elkins, Guiles got her first goal of the game off of a free position shot. The Senators put in three more goals in the half before Guiles scored another goal in the final seven second of play. Davis & Elkins led 4-11 at the half.

Ursuline lost steam in the second half, going scoreless in the third and fourth. The Senators scored five goals in the third and four goals in the fourth, finishing the game winning 4-20.

The Arrows were led by Guiles two goals, one assist and six shots on goal along with Allie Mark's two goals and seven shots on goal.
Liz Hanks had a .286 save percentage in goal. Ursuline was 11-11 on clears while Davis & Elkins was 16-20. The Arrows had 27 shots and 13 ground balls compared to the Senator's 32 shots and 22 ground balls.

Ursuline hosts their first conference game of the season this week. They will face off against the University of Findlay at home on Wednesday at 4:00 pm.
