Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 The Ursuline College volleyball team dropped two games this weekend on the road to Northwood and Hillsdale.
 
On Friday night, the Arrows competed against Northwood University. The heavy hitting Timberwolves had a .369 team hitting percentage compared to the Arrows' .000 which led the way to their strong three set win. The Arrows fell 25-14, 25-16 and 25-15. Freshman setter, Hannah Laurich, had 13 assists for UC and the team put up 25 total digs.
 
The Arrows traveled to Hillsdale to compete in an early Saturday morning match up the following day. The quick turnaround proved to be difficult for the Ursuline players as they fell 25-7, 25-10 and 25-13.  Amie McCarthy led the Arrows offensively, hitting a .400 while Emily Holton had 11 digs defensively. Kenna Casil stepped in to set for the Arrows and had a career high of 12 assists.
 
Ursuline continues with GMAC play this week as they take on Malone University in Canton, OH on Thursday at 7:00 PM.
