The Ursuline College soccer team picked up a 3-0 shutout win over visiting Malone University on Thursday afternoon.
 
The Arrows started the scoring off in the 10^th minute when senior Sinead Kappel connected with sophomore Hannah Pickens who scored to make it 1-0.
 
Less than 10 minutes later, junior Dominique Buddenhagen scored her first goal of the season to make it 2-0.
 
Ursuline capped the scoring in the 76^th minute when Rachel Blumfeldt played a perfectly placed ball to freshman Lidia Rodin who found the back of the net to make it 3-0.
 
The Arrows out shot Malone 20-13 in the game and 9-7 in shots on goal.
 
Ursuline goalkeeper Gina Cerny made seven saves in the win and her first shut out of the season.
