The Ursuline College volleyball upset the visiting Kentucky Wesleyan Panthers on Friday night in four sets to earn their first victory of the season.
The Arrows offense came out clicking in the first set while building a 17-8 lead over the Panthers.
Ursuline finished the set 25-15 and had a season-best 16 kills in the first set while committing only two errors.
The Arrows continued the offensive trend in the second set by winning 25-19 while picking up 10 kills as a team.
Kentucky Wesleyan responded by winning the third set 25-17 to make it a 2-1 match.
Ursuline had a 22-19 lead in the fourth set before the Panthers rallied to tie the match 22-22 and eventually taking the lead 23-22. The Arrows battled back to make it 25-25 before winning the final two points of the match.

Jami Turay finished with a season-high 13 kills while sophomore
Nora Clink had 12 and freshman
Devin Gerth had nine. Clink added three service aces and 13 digs.
Sophomore
Regan Nickol had a season-best 41 kills and senior
Vikki Henderson finished with 25 digs.
The Arrows will host Trevecca Nazarene on Saturday morning at 11:00 AM.
