The Ursuline College soccer team dropped a 3-1 decision on the road on Thursday afternoon at the University of Findlay in Great Midwest play.
The Oilers came out of the gates quickly in the second minute of the game when Shannon Marsh found the back of the net to make it 1-0. Findlay got their second goal of the game in the 10th minute when Karleigh Clere scored to put the Oilers in front 2-0.
In the second half, Findlay built a 3-0 lead when Olivia Frank scored in the 48th minute. The Arrows got on the board on an unassisted goal by senior
Haley Knox in the 50th minute, her second of the season to cut the deficit to 3-1.
Ursuline was out shot in the game 17-6, including 7-4 in shots on goal.
The Arrows travel to Tiffin University for their first ever conference meeting against the Dragons at Noon.
