Ursuline fell behind to Roberts Wesleyan after a tough 30-28 defeat in the opening set of day two before rallying to take the second set 25-22 to even the match at one set a piece.

The Arrows won the third in convincing fashion (25-16) before Wesleyan edged out a 30-28 victory in the fourth set to force a fifth and deciding set.

Ursuline got back on track in the fifth set and won 15-9 to notch their first victory of 2017.

Ursuline will travel to Shepherdstown, West Virginia on September 8-9 to take part in the Shepherd University tournament. Ursuline will play Alderson Broaddus and host Shepherd on day one and finish with matches against Virginia State and Lock Haven on day two.Â
