The Ursuline College soccer team fell 2-1 in its first road test of 2017 at Clarion on Sunday afternoon.

The Golden Eagles quickly got on the board in the matches opening minute when Aaliyah Odom scored her second goal of the season to make it 1-0.

Clarion extended its lead in the 13
th minute when Odom struck again to make it 2-0.

Ursuline's offense struck for the second time this season on a penalty kick when junior
Haley Knox converted to cut the deficit to 2-1.

The Golden Eagles outshot Ursuline 10-9 in the contest but the Arrows held a slight edge in shots on goal at 8-6.

The Arrows step back into conference play on Thursday with a trip to Ohio Dominican to meet the Panthers for a 7:00pm kickoff.Â
