The Ursuline College soccer team dropped a tough road match at Kentucky Wesleyan 3-2 on Saturday afternoon.

The Arrows fell behind in the ninth minute of the game when Madisyn Hunt scored her sixth goal of the season to make it 1-0. Ursuline responded with a goal from senior
Taylor Dackin, her third of the year, on an assist by junior
Haley Knox to even the game 1-1.

Despite outshooting the Panthers 14-3 in the first half the game remained tie at the break.

In the 57
th minute, the Panthers and Hunt struck again to make it 2-1 on a short from the far-left corner. The Arrows answered back once again when Knox converted a penalty kick to make it 2-2.

In the 83
rd minute, Hunt completed the hat trick with her third goal of the contest to give the Panthers a 3-2 lead.

Ursuline outshot Kentucky Wesleyan 23-12 in the match but each team finished with eight shots on goal. The Arrows had a 9-1 advantage in corner kicks.

The Arrows return home on Wednesday to take on Ohio Dominican at 3:00 PM.Â
