The Arrows had leads of 5-1 and 10-3 in the first set by Central State responded to tie the set 17-17. Ursuline went onto win the first set 25-23.
Ursuline controlled the temp of the next two sets taking the second 25-10 and finishing off the straight set win 25-9 in the third.
It was the eighth time this season that Ursuline has won in straight sets.
Senior Emly Adkinson had a match-high 10 kills while freshman
Gesnide Pierre had a career-high seven kills. Pierre also added three blocks. Senior
Sammi Marcum had 16 digs and two aces.
Ursuline will travel to Salem International on Friday to face the Tigers at 7:00pm.
