PEPPER PIKE, Ohio-- In their second match of the day, the Ursuline Arrows Volleyball team fell to the host West Chester University in three games on Friday evening. The loss gave the Arrows a spilt on the first day of the West Chester tournament. 

West Chester (2-0) took the first set 25-17 while Ursuline (1-1) battled in the second set but fell 25-21 and dropped the third set 25-20. 

Senior Abbie Fabo led the Arrows with 14 kills while junior Makayla Windau had five. Senior Sabrina Kinney led the team in digs with 10 and freshman Katelyn Selleny notched nine in the loss. 

Senior Molly Grammer for West Chester led both teams with 18 kills while freshman Jillian Grammer racked up a match-best 33 assists. 

The Arrows will play two more matches Saturday afternoon. Ursuline will play Goldy-Beacom College at 1:00pm and finish the day off with a match against Bowie State at 3:00pm.
