The Ursuline Arrows concluded a perfect 3-0 home stand with a 84-64 win over Ohio Christian University on Saturday. The Arrows were led by a career-high performance by sophomore Camryn Hill who had 32 points and 19 rebounds.
Ursuline also got 17 points from freshman Brigan Wymer.
Mercyhurst has lost three straight including a 59-50 loss last weekend to East Stroudsburg. The Lakers have won two of three games at home this season. Senior Adrienne Kloecker finished with 12 points in the loss but did surpass the 1,000-point mark in her career.
Mercyhurst defeated Ursuline 66-56 in last seasons meeting on January 24 in a game played at John Carroll University.
Ursuline is currently ranked 10th in the nation in scoring offense with an average of 82.4 points per game which is also tops in the G-MAC.
The Lakers are led by Angela Heintz who is averaging 13.3 points per game and is 18-for-53 from beyond the arc. Natalie Piaggessi is a force on the inside averaging 11.9 points per game and 5.3 rebounds.
The Arrows return home on Saturday to take on Seton Hill University at 2:00 PM.
