Game ProgramLAST TIME OUTUrsuline continued their hot start to the 2015-16 season with an 89-67 win at home over the University of Northwestern Ohio before the holiday break. The Arrows were led by junior Erica Huber who finished with a game-high 22 points while also pulling down 10 rebounds. Sophomore Camryn Hill (12 points, 11 rebounds) and redshirt sophomore Laney Lewis (10 points, 13 rebounds) both produced double-doubles as well.
Clarion is coming off a thrilling 75-74 overtime win over Mercyhurst and have won two straight. The Golden Eagles also had a convincing 73-50 win over Seton Hill last week. Senior Tania Hill had a game-high 30 points on 10-for-15 shooting, including 4-for-10 from beyond-the-arc. She also had three assists and three steals in 45 minutes. Freshman and Solon High School product Jordan Bekelja added 17 points on 6-for-10 shooting. Â
SCOUTING URSULINEThe Arrows enter play as the 12
th highest scoring offense in the nation at 79.3 points per game. Ursuline has done so with a balanced attack, including five players averaging double-figures through the first 10 games.

Junior Erica Huber enters play averaging 16.5 points per game including a team-high 26 made three-pointers. Sophomore Camryn Hill is averaging a double-double on the season with 15.4 points per game and 10.6 rebounds. She along with frontcourt mate redshirt sophomore Laney Lewis, who is also averaging a double-double (12.1 points, 10.4 rebounds) have been a force inside early on.

The freshman trio of Christiana Jefferson, Natalie Koenig and Brigan Wymer have been solid in their debut season with Ursuline. Wymer is averaging 14.5 points per game and has grabbed two steals per contest. Koenig is averaging 11.5 points per game despite missing two games and Jefferson has the best assist to turnover ratio at 2.1.

SCOUTING CLARIONÂ
The Golden Eagles have won two straight and are 5-3 in the PSAC. Senior Tania Holmes has been a force on the offensive end with a 16.4 per game average. She is shooting nearly 40 percent from the field but just 24 percent from beyond the arc.

Tyra Polite (12.6ppg), Delrika Jones-Carey (11.2ppg) and Jordan Bekelja (9.5ppg) are all scoring threats for Clarion. Bekelja is also averaging 2.7 assists per game and was named the PSAC Freshman of the Week for her performance against Seton Hill and Mercyhurst.

HOME COOKING Â
After playing two seasons without a gym, the Arrows are certainly broken in their new home this season. Ursuline is 6-0 in the Seidman Gymnasium and have scored 100 points twice against Lake Erie in the opener and also against Wilberforce. The Arrows are averaging 87.5 points per game at home while allowing just 61.2 points per game from their opponents.

LAST MEETINGÂ
Ursuline suffered a 66-54 setback at Clarion last November after the Eagles ran out to a 38-19 lead in the first half. The Arrows outscored the Eagles 35-38 in the second half but the comeback effort fell short. Tania Holmes had 12 points and six rebounds in the win. Erica Huber had 10 points and 10 rebounds for the Arrows while Camryn Hill added eight points and five rebounds.

RIGHT OUT OF THE GATEÂ
The Arrows have jumped on opponents early and often this season through 10 games. Ursuline has outscored opponents 242-171 in the first quarter which is an average of 24.2 points per first quarter this season. Â

STARTS WITH DEFENSE Â
While the offensive numbers have been staggering this season, the Arrows defense has been up to the task as well. Ursuline has allowed 59.8 points per game and have held opponents to 37 percent shooting from the field. The Arrows have defended the three-point line as well with opponents shooting just 24 percent from beyond-the-arc. Ursuline ranks third in the G-MAC in total defense.

FINAL TUNE-UP Â
After tonight's game, Ursuline will open G-MAC play with a tough test when defending conference champion Kentucky Wesleyan visits Pepper Pike on January 2. The Panthers are 6-4 on the season and have won five of their last seven after a slow start to the season.
