Match Results vs. Central State University

PEPPER PIKE, Ohio ­– Friday was a day of firsts for the Ursuline College tennis team. The 9-0 victory over the visitors from Central State University gave the Arrows their first win of the 2013 season. It was also the first-ever Great Midwest Athletic Conference win in program history and the first collegiate victory for first-year head coach Chris Klampe.

The Arrows are now 1-5 overall and 1-0 in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference. The Marauders dipped to 0-5 overall and 0-2 in conference play.

Ursuline will look to win its second consecutive conference match tomorrow (April 13) when the Arrows host G-MAC rival Cedarville University at 3:30 p.m. at Paramount Tennis Club in Medina, Ohio.
