Despite four players in double-figures, led by Laura Campbell's 17 points, the Arrows dropped its final road game of the season at Notre Dame College on Saturday, 98-64. The Arrows made only five of 19 three-point attempts and had 27 turnovers, which allowed Notre Dame to earn the victory.
Katie Cappello scored 16 points, while Tyler Gassett had 13 and Brianna Woods had 11. Gassett had a game-high eight rebounds, while Campbell had seven and Cappello had six. Woods totaled six assists to four turnovers, despite the rest of the team having six assists to 23 turnovers.
For Campbell, she now has 998 career points and is scheduled to reach 1,000 career points at home on Thursday against Central State. The game will be the final Buffalo Wild Wings night of the season, with free wings available prior to tip-off. The game is scheduled to start at 7:00 p.m. and will also feature nine $10 gift cards being given out to fans dressed in their Ursuline gear.
