Snow enters his fourth season after joining the Arrows in 2024. Snow, a native of Flint Michigan, previously coached at his alma mater Powers Catholic High School in Michigan where he had success both in the boys and girls golf programs. In 2024, he was inducted into the Michigan Interscholastic Golf Coaches Association Hall of Fame for his time at Powers. The induction recognizes coaches who have had outstanding careers, shown dedication and sportsmanship, contributed to the growth of the game, and made a positive impact on their players and communities. Â

From 1994 through 2013, the boys won three state championships while the Girls were State Championships three times (2007, 2008, 2018). The girls were varsity State Runner-ups in 2007, 2011 and 2019 in the spring.

He helped the program win 12 out of 17 Regional Championships including the last four in a row. Snow was named the Michigan High School Athletic Association Coach of the Year in 2008 and 2019 and was nominated for the National Coach of the Year both times. He was named the Flint Area Sports Hall of Fame Coach of the Year in 2019.
During his 17 years in Michigan, his teams finished top five in the state finals 12 times and only missed qualifying for the finals three times and missed the top five two times.
