Shelatz joins the Arrows in 2024, with the Arrows first season taking part in 2026. Previously to Ursuline, Shelatz had two years of Head Coaching experience at Warrensville Heights High School while continuing to help grow the game of girls flag football.
In addition to her high school coaching experience, she was also an Ohio Girls High School Flag Football Camp Coach for the Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Browns NFL FLAG 16U/18U Regional Tournament Coach, Girls High School Flag Football Championship Tournament Coach and a Memorial Coed Draft Flag Football Tournament Director.
Shelatz received her Bachelor of Science in Education from Kent State University and her Masters in Health and Wellness Education from the American College of Education. A flag-football athlete herself, Ashley has played locally throughout the Ohio area since 2016 as well as multiple out of state tournaments since 2020.
