Baron, who will assist with both the cross country and track and field teams after spending last season with Central Michigan University as a Graduate Assistant.
While with the Chippewa’s she also coached at Midland-Dow High School where she led eight student-athletes to the MHSAA Division I State Finals during her first year.
Baron competed at Davenport University where she earned NAIA All-American honors in the middle distance events. She was also a National Qualifier in cross country.
Along with assisting the cross country team this fall, she will work with the short/long hurdles, quarter-milers and jumpers.
