Danielle L'Argent

L'Argent enters her third season with the Arrows Softball team. In her first two years as Head Coach, the Arrows focused on player development. The student-athletes held a 3.46 GPA during their spring season under L'Argent.
 

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT 

  • One D2CCA All-American at Hillsdale College 
  • Two NFCA NCAA All-American at Hillsdale College and Concordia University-Portland 
  • One GNAC Player of the Year at Concordia University-Portland 
  • Seven NFCA All-Region selections 
  • One G-MAC Third Tream All-Conference selection
  • 28 Academic All-GNAC selections 

COACHING STOPS

  • The University of Akron, NCAA Division I – Assistant Coach in 2021 and Co-Acting Head Coach in 2022. Brought team from 8-46 to 18-32. Two MAC All-Freshman Team athletes, One MAC Second-Team Athletes
  • Hillsdale College, NCAA Division II – G-MAC Tournament Champions in 2019, two NCAA Regional appearances in 2019 & 2021. Recorded the best post-season performance in program history in 2021.  
  • Saint Martin’s University, NCAA Division II – 2017-2018 Assistant Softball Coach 
  • Concordia University – Portland, NCAA Division II – 2015-2017 Assistant Softball Coach / Interim-Head Coach 

PLAYING CAREER AT CHADRON STATE 

  • L’Argent was a three year DII infielder. 
  • Named All-Nebraska Team in her Junior year campaign. 
  • Prior to Chadron State, she played at Fresno City College in Fresno, California. 

EDUCATION 

  • Bachelor's degree in Sport and Recreational Management with an Exercise Science Concentration from Chadron State.  
  • Master of Arts in Teaching Secondary Education from Concordia University-Portland Â
