2013: Ran in six races in her junior season…started the year on Sep. 7 at Davis & Elkins College’s Forest Festival Invitational and took 38th with a time of 29:00.46…followed that up by placing 72nd of 123 runners at the Penn State Behrend Invitational (Sep. 14) with a time of 22:27.50…placed 21st at Lorain County Community College’s Commodore Invitational (Sep. 20) to help the team earn the first win in program history…her 27:37.05 at the All-Ohio Championships on Oct. 4 was good for 70th in the field of 84…finished in 23:06.80 at the Ashland University Invitational (Oct. 11)…wrapped up her season by finishing 42nd of 68 participants at the G-MAC Championships (Oct. 26)  with a time of 27:55.20.

2012: Competed in all five meets during her sophomore season…started the year with an 18:42.10 (4,000 meters) to take 36th at Case Western Reserve University’s Bill Sudeck Invitational (Sep. 1)…placed 68th of 92 participants at the Walsh Invitational on Sep. 8 with a time of 23:43.70…turned in a 23:34.61 to take 32nd of 58 student-athletes at the Lorain County Community College Commodore Invitational on Sep. 21…at the All-Ohio Championships (Sep. 29), she ran a 22:27.94 to place 238th in the field of 298…finished the year with a 22:50.97 at the G-MAC Championship Meet (Oct. 20) to place 30th in the field of 39.

2011: Came in 25th at the Bill Sudeck Invitational (Sep. 3) with a time of 19:57.18…the following week, came in 55th at the Ric Sayre Invitational (Sep. 10) when she finished in 22:37…crossed the finish line in 23:16 at the Lorain County Community College Commodore Invitational (Sep. 23)…clocked in at 22:37.55 at the All-Ohio Championships (Sep. 29)…covered the distance in 29:04.41 at the Gettysburg 6K Invitational (Oct. 15)…placed 60th at the Eastern Michigan Classic (Oct. 21) with a time of 22:20.58…finished her rookie year with a 24:54.58 at the Walsh Invitational (Oct. 29).

Berkshire High School: Graduated from Berkshire High School with a personal best time of 20:33.35...that time was at the 2009 Chagrin Valley Conference Championships when she placed sixth...went with her team to the state meet in each of her first three seasons and missed qualifying by just one point in her senior season…came in with a time of 21:12.05 at the 2007 Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) Division III Cross Country Meet, good for 104th, while helping the Badgers to a fourth place finish at the event…clocked in at 21:34.50 at the 2008 OHSAA meet as Berkshire placed seventh…placed 60th (21:01.93) at the 2009 Ohio Cross Country Championships and helped Berkshire to place third in the state.

Personal: Birthday is June 16…daughter of Tom and Linda Dingman…has three sisters: Jen, Jess and Julie…majoring in education…honor roll student and member of Spanish honor society.
